in 2000 by Kathi Graham-Leviss as a coaching services

About the President
Kathi Graham-Leviss, President, XB Coaching, Inc.
For
over twenty years, Katherine Graham-Leviss, president
of XB Coaching, has been helping companies manage
and develop their talent to improve results and grow
their businesses. Through testing, training, and business
coaching, Katherine has helped thousands of chief
executives, front-line managers, and sales groups
develop employees into organizationally minded problem
solvers, create highly productive work teams, integrate
cross-cultural workforces, start new departments,
and more.
Her fast climb up several corporate ladders as Account
Executive, Sales Manager, Co-Owner, and Managing Director
now President, has given her a depth and breadth of

Katherine is a Certified Executive Coach through Corporate
Coach University. She is certified as a behavioral
analyst, values analyst, and attribute index analyst.
Her rigorous training for these certification programs
qualifies Katherine as an expert in understanding
personal behaviors and values that provide the basis
for her understanding of different behavioral attributes
and methodologies for dealing with these attributes
in the workplace. Katherine received her BA in Communications
from Boston University. She is a member of the International
Coaching Federation and The American Society of Training
and Development.
She founded XB Coaching on the principle that, with
the right kind of training, companies can achieve

Annie Powell - Vice President
of Sales
Annie Powell
comes to XB after many years of using our tools.
She brings to us an enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit,
having been self employed for five years as a specialty
produce wholesaler in Boston. She represented local
farmers providing product to the very best restaurants,
hotels and caterers in Boston, Providence and Martha’s
Vineyard. While in business she received local accolades
from local print publications Boston Magazine, Stuff
at Night and the Boston Globe. She is a past member
of the James Beard House in New York as well as Share
Our Strength, The Chef’s Collaborative and Project
Bread in Boston.
She left the produce business to go back to her original
career aspiration, to work in radio. Annie was hired
as an account manager and excelled very quickly to
management, calling Greater Media Boston her home
for the last eight years. She “grew up”
in the radio business utilizing XB’s Tools and
Training, making it a natural next step for her to
join us.
Over the years, she managed a staff of 10 Account
Managers, developing each as an individual, focusing
on their strengths, therefore building a team of complimentary
players. She had the best retention rate in Boston
with her team, a reflection on both Greater Media
Boston and Annie’s skill to maintain and grow
her people.
Annie brought some critical partnerships to Greater
Media Boston, enhancing the overall growth for the
company. She has a wide eye for connecting people
and businesses, and is always seeking the mutual wins.
She has a BA in Foreign Language with a Concentration
in Spanish, and a Minor in Philosophy from Saint Michael’s
College in Winooski, Vermont. Currently she volunteers
at Boston Medical Center with The Friends of Women’s
Health, hosting a cancer survivor luncheon each spring.
Rick Crawshaw - Sr. Director
of Client Services -
Executive Coach
Helping
develop excellent leaders is Rick Crawshaw's passion.
As a seasoned business executive with over thirty
years of business leadership, Rick believes people
can accomplish amazing things in the right atmosphere
and surrounded by the right support structure.
Rick’s greatest joy has been,
and continues to be, helping other people to reach
their dreams---both personally and professionally.
He is recognized for his ability to be a coach-leader
and to teach others the critical skills necessary
to be great leaders.
Rick has held management positions in
sales, marketing, development, and manufacturing and
has been the general manager of a large fast-growing
business within a major corporation. He has also been
responsible for creating multiple start-up businesses
within corporations. Rick has a BS in Chemical Engineering
and an MBA in Marketing Management. He attended the
Executive Development Program at the Wharton School
and is a graduate of Coach U’s Coaches Training
Program.
MaryEllen Towle, M.Ed. - Executive

From
her days as a rookie radio account executive over
20 years ago through today, MaryEllen Towle has ranked
consistently among the advertising industry’s
most tenacious achievers. Her positions include that
of Local Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and,
for the last sixteen years, General Sales Manager
at WXKS-108 FM, Boston. Moving rapidly and successfully
through markets as diverse as Boston, Miami, Houston,
and Seattle; MaryEllen has consistently displayed
her broad abilities both as a manager and as a leader.

Cindy
is passionate about people and the process of helping
them develop and grow. She is a Certified Professional
Behavioral Analyst/Values Analyst, a Certified Attribute
Index Analyst, and a Registered Corporate Coach through
the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
Cindy brings 20 years of experience
as a healthcare provider and educator. Her transition
from healthcare to coaching was a natural one. With
the same enthusiasm and talent for moving people to
an improved state of health, she brings a unique perspective
to her role in the development and growth of people
in business. Her ability to connect with people and
employ intuitive listening is one of her greatest
strengths.
She is committed to the premise that
the ability to connect and communicate with others
begins with understanding oneself. Through powerful
self-assessment and coaching, she guides individuals
and teams in the process to become more effective
and reach higher levels of performance.
As a Professional Behavior/Values Analyst,
Cindy guides individuals in understanding their own
behavioral style and teaches them how to recognize
and adapt to the styles of others. Some of the benefits

Gayla Doucet - Executive Coach,
Behavioral Analyst, Trainer, Consultant
Whether
working for an international firm or shaping the direction
of her own successful companies, Gayla Doucet is always
a catalyst for positive change. As a Systems Engineer
and Manager with IBM Canada, Ltd., Gayla proved herself
quickly in a major software implementation project
and received an IBM Americas/FarEast Award for Excellence.
Multifaceted in her experience and talents, Gayla
moves fluidly between the roles of manager, consultant,
coach, speaker, writer, trainer, product development
manager and others. Previously working with prominent

her own.

Donna Moore, PMP - Executive
Coach, Behavioral Analyst, Trainer, Consultant
For
the past 20 years, Donna Moore has served numerous
Fortune 500 companies successfully in the role of
Project Manager, Program Director, and Business Unit
Owner. Through her vast knowledge and experience,
Donna has achieved recognition as being the project
leader of various teams who have fruitfully brought
new medical innovations to market, acquired large
fixed assets from other companies, negotiated multi-million
dollar commercial real estate deals requiring regulatory
approval, and spearheaded a $200+ million dollar environmental
remediation program resulting in the rehabilitation

Donna has been honored by the

of Commerce, and an award for partnership in protecting
human health & the environment in 2002 from EPA

Karen Kirchner - Executive Coach,
Behavioral Analyst, Trainer, Consultant
Specializing
in the areas of leadership development and emotional
intelligence, Karen has had significant success in
helping organizations develop and retain internal
talent. Karen has more than 15 years experience as
an internal and external consultant to organizations
ranging from large multinational institutions to entrepreneurial
start-ups. Her background includes directing Human
Resources for Reader’s Digest, Citicorp and
The Boston Stock Exchange.
Karen holds a Master’s degree
in Human Resources Management from the New School
for Social Research and a Bachelor’s degree
in Education from Boston College. She has also completed
post-graduate coursework in assessment and executive
coaching at New York University. She is an adjunct
professor at Fairfield University’s Graduate
School of Business. Karen is qualified in the DISC,

Wendi Caplan-Carroll - Director,

Wendi
Caplan-Carroll is a Professional Executive Coach with
over 25 years successful experience in Marketing,
Business Development and Event Marketing working for
major media companies including CBS Radio, Infinity
Broadcasting, and Emmis Broadcasting. Wendi's enthusiasm,
creative problem solving, and take charge leadership
style have enabled her to help generate millions of
advertising dollars for the companies she has worked
for.
She is a graduate of the Core
Essentials program of Coach U and holds a Coach U's
Advance Corporate Coaching degree. She is a Certified
Professional Behavior / Values Analyst. Wendi is also
a Master Creative Facilitator and has led sessions
